Borderlands Gravel 2026 is proud to welcome back Eric Vigil Performance Cycling as the official neutral support provider for the third consecutive year. Known on course as the "Angels in Gold," EVEPC's lead support and SAG vehicles will provide on-course safety, mechanical assistance, and nutrition and hydration support.
In partnership with HiFi Sound Cycling Components, EVEPC’s lead support vehicle will be equipped with neutral spare wheels for non-repairable wheel failures during the event.
Introducing the International Parade Lap at BorderLands Gravel
Before the official race even begins, up to 70 riders will clip in for a bi-national roll-out that crosses the U.S.–Mexico border into Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, loops through the heart of town, and returns to the start line in Douglas, Arizona. Yes, you read that right. We’re rolling out as one peloton, moving freely between countries for a moment of celebration, connection, and cross-cultural stoke.
