• 9:00 AM - David Halliburton & REG TEAM set up – BACK STAGE AREA.

RIGHT OF WAY (ROW) Permit w/ Douglas – ALL three COURSES (S.M/L) will FINISH @ the International Ave & A Ave intersection.  Recorded ‘CHIPPED’ Time will be recorded as all cyclists pass under the BLUE ARCH.  This modification has been suggested & supported by the CITY.  RIDER Safety & Traffic Control – RESPECT
