Event production team arrives in Douglas and sets up at Art Car World

5:30 PM - Douglas Area volunteers meeting – Art Car World (ACW)

8:00 AM - Event team convenes at ACW.
1:00 PM – 7:30 PM - Number/packet pick-up at ACW (401 E. 9th Street). Please have your personal identification with you.
6:15 PM - Rider meeting (mandatory) at the Visitor Center (345 16th Street)
7:00 PM - Premiere Screening - GYGO Documentary at the Visitor Center.

6:00 AM – 7:00 AM – Late Packet Pick-up at ACW (no swag bag).
6:15 AM – International Parade Lap. Participants assemble at the Douglas Port of Entry.
7:45 AM – National Anthem (Mexico and USA).
8:00 AM – Long Course Participants – START to roll out “neutral” at ACW.
8:20 AM – Medium Course Participants - START to roll out “neutral” at ACW.
8:35 AM – Short Course & E-Bike Participants – START to roll out “neutral” at ACW.
8:40 AM – Aid Station #1 OPENS - John Slaughter Ranch (JSR - 17 miles).
8:50 AM - Run Walk (AZ Border Alliance). Participants assemble at the Tunnel Bldg on Int’l Ave.
9:15 AM – Aid Station #2 OPENS – Geronimo Trail (GTR – mile mark 25.4).
10:00 AM - Native American Festival (SO AZ Hispanic Chamber of Commerce) at the Cochise County Fairgrounds.
10:30 AM – Aid Station #3 OPENS – Coronado NF (FS 4358 / mile mark 36.1).
10:40 AM – Run Walk Course Closes – all participants across the Finish Line.
10:55 AM – Short Course Riders start to return to Douglas.
11:00 AM – Aid Station #4 OPENS – +/- 15 miles from the finish (IN Bound ONLY) – Skratch Labs.
11:00 AM - BLG Mercado (AZ Border Alliance) - Hosted by The Gadsden Hotel.
11:55 AM – Medium Course riders start to return to Douglas.
12:00 PM – JSR - Aid Station #1 CLOSES – Pack up return to ACW – SWEEP
12:30 PM – Long Course Riders start to return to Douglas.
2:40 PM – GTR - Aid Station #2 CLOSES – managed by Timothy A. and Andrew A. - SWEEP
2:50 PM – Coronado NF - Aid Station #3 CLOSES – Austin W. SWEEPS !!!
3:40 PM – Aid Station #4 (Skratch & Sam L.) CLOSES – SWEEP on the return
4:00 PM – Awards Ceremony – All 3 Distances at ACW.
4:15 PM – All Three Courses are CLOSED.
4:55 PM – BLG Post Events Events Start – Tirrito Farm and Earn Your Spurs at ACW.
5:00 PM – Finish Line CLOSES – ALL riders must be @ the finish line. If not = DNF.
