• All Three BorderLands Gravel Courses will be marked by Sundown

• 5:30 PM - Douglas Area volunteers meeting – Art Car World (ACW)

Friday, November 14, 2025

• 8:00 AM - Event team convenes at ACW. Number/packet set up.

• 12:30  PM – 7:30 PM - Number/packet pick-up at ACW (401 E. 9th Street). Please have your personal identification with you.

• 6:30 PM - Rider meeting (mandatory) at the Visitor Center (345 16th Street)

• 7:15 PM - Premiere Screening - “Grava de Clase Mundial” at the Visitor Center

Saturday, November 15, 2025

• 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM – LATE Event Packet Pick-up at ACW (NO Long Course)

• 7:55 AM – National Anthem – Mexico and USA

• 8:00 AM – Long Course Participants – START to roll out “neutral” at ACW

• 8:25 AM – Medium Course Participants  - START to roll out “neutral” at ACW

• 8:40 AM – Short Course & E-Bike Participants – START to roll out “neutral” at ACW

• 9:00 AM – Aid Station #1 OPENS - John Slaughter Ranch (JSR - 17 miles)

• 9:45 AM – Aid Station #2 OPENS – Geronimo Trail (GTR - mile mark 25.4)

• 10:30 AM –  Aid Station #3 OPENS – Coronado National Forest (FS 4358 - mile mark 36.1)

• 10:55 AM – Short Course Riders start to return to Douglas.

• 11:30 AM – Aid Station #4 OPENS – Mormon Marker / GTR – Skratch Labs

• 11:55 AM – Medium Course riders start to return to Douglas.

• 12:05 PM – JSR Aid Station #1 CLOSES - Pack up to return to ACW - sweep

• 12:45 PM – Long Course Riders start to return to Douglas.

• 2:30 PM – GCR Aid Station #2 CLOSES - Timothy and Rob pack up - sweep

• 3:00 PM – Coronado National Forest Aid Station #3 CLOSES - Austin sweeps

• 4:00 PM – Awards Ceremony – All 3 Distances at ACW

• 4:05 PM – Aid Station #4 CLOSES – Mormon Marker / GTR – Sam sweeps

• 4:20 PM – All Three Courses are CLOSED – Eric V. sweeps for all participants

• 4:45 PM – BLG Post Events Events Start – Tirrito Farm and Earn Your Spurs at ACW

• 5:00 PM – Finish Line CLOSES – ALL riders must be @ the finish line. If not = DNF

Sunday, November 16, 2025

• 8:00 AM – Final course sweep for trash and other items.

• 4:00 PM – Say Adios to Douglas. Thank you ACW and Douglas!

• Start planning for the 2026 BorderLands Gravel event (3rd edition)

December 2025

• Meetings with Cochise County and Douglas, AZ to debrief the 2025 BLG EVENT
